HIGHER SECONDARY
Higher secondary education is also called as HSC. It includes classes of 11th and 12th. These classes are being called as Intermediate Education.
Teachers guide the students to follow the best practice and evaluate the strength and weaknesses of the students and motivate them to do their best. Higher secondary teachers work for schools that enroll students from grades 11th and 12th offering two streams – Arts and Commerce. Arts subject are – English, Hindi/Konkani, Economics, Co-operation, Sociology and History. Whereas for commerce we have English, Hindi/Konkani, Economics, Co-operation, Accountancy and Business studies. In higher secondary, teachers have the important task of imparting knowledge, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for their future endeavors. They create a positive learning environment, provide guidance, and help students develop essential skills for their academic and personal growth. Teachers also serve as mentors, motivators, and role models, shaping the minds and character of their students.
